RETURNS & REFUNDS
We currently do not offer refunds under the Australian Consumer Law for Change Of Mind. However, if the parcel is deemed lost by Australia Post or your local carrier (must be able to confirm this with us) we will arrange for a new product to be sent out to you, or a refund for the items you purchased (excluding the shipping fees) if transit cover is selected at checkout.
If your parcel is lost in transit we can offer you a full product replacement at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued at this stage as Australia Post holds the authority to determine the degree of compensation.
Due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept change of mind returns and refunds, however we will arrange for a new product to be sent out to you in the case that your item arrives faulty or damaged.
If item is damaged please send us a video within 14 days of receiving your order* and we will issue a new product to be sent to you within 1-3 business days. If you have any other concerns please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it under the Australian Consumer Law for Change of Mind.
Pre-order dates may be subject to slight changes as a result of manufacturing delays due to COVID-19.
*Please note that after 14 days your product warranty will lapse and Pink Cosmetics Company will not issue product replacements or refunds.
