Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5PM AEST on Friday will be processed the next business day.

Requests for updating a shipping address can be made up to 1 hour of placing your order.

All Australian orders come with tracking for Standard and Express delivery. 

Pink Cosmetics Company does not take responsibility for untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address nominated by you is complete and correct.

However, we will help to trace a missing parcel.

REST OF THE WORLD

We are currently offering delivery Worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout based on the destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest update made available by the shipping provider. This is applicable for all Standard and Express deliveries Internationally.

Please be aware that orders made outside Australia, EU or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country.
